Click, Snap, Tick & Air 2

Made a second pack around this concept, this time the samples are cut a lot cleaner and they're volume matched. This pack consists of very short (and mostly atonal) surface hit samples that can be used in layering to enhance and shape a drums attack phase, so the drums cut through the mix better. Some of the samples just add air and character.

A bunch of materials were used when recoding these. Drumsticks, Metal, Wood, Plastic, Rubber, Leather, Skin, Clothes, Cardboard, ...

Bonus Tip -- don't ignore this! :) These samples also work really well as IR (impulse responses). When used in that way, they sound mostly like small rooms or 80s TV recorded through a voice recorder or just plain weird, I mean interesting & phasey.

Also they can be used as (multishot) percussion samples, if you need any woodblocky, sidestick and and clicky type of sounds. They work well combined with classic drum machines, for example. Most of these samples are recorded in several variations, so they can be used as true round-robin/multishot hits.

Included in the download are 3 versions of all 383 samples (96/24 stereo; 48/24 mono and 44.1/16 mono).

Let me know what you think about these, and HAVE FUN. Feel free to use them with or without crediting me. Also if you recompile them in any way, feel free to do so. If you need any help or want to say or ask anything about these sounds, feel free to hit me up or write in the comments.
