Update Required
To play the media you will need to either update your browser to a recent version or update your Flash plugin.
Currently sampler doesn't let you to automate the sample start position directly. This rack provides a work around using the aux envelope method discussed on the ableton forum ( thanks colin301 ).
Just drop your sample in and adjust the start and end points as needed.
